Probable causes
- incorrect or expired password
- account locked or disabled
- former password registered in a service
- bad domain or d format, user
Verification and resolution
- Test account regardless of application
- Check Lock, Expiry and Account Status
- Check IDs stored in planned services and tasks
- Use the correct format Domainuser or UPN
Precaution: Avoid multiplying tests on an account that locks automatically.
