This policy explains the personal data used by IT Toolbox / BAOI, the contact forms and optional audience measurement.
Contact forms and contributions
When you send a message, the information you enter (such as name, email address, subject, message and source page) is used to process and answer your request. BAOI stores form submissions as private WordPress records and can send a copy to the site contact address. Do not submit secrets, passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
Audience measurement and cookies
Optional Google Analytics scripts are blocked until you choose to accept audience measurement. Refusing does not prevent access to the site. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control.
BAOI may also keep technical aggregate counters designed to work without advertising cookies or storing the content you type into technical tools.
Data retention and recipients
Form data is accessible only to people administering the site and the services technically required to deliver or store the message. Retention must remain limited to what is necessary for follow-up and administration; no automatic retention period is asserted by this page unless one is configured operationally.
Your choices and rights
You can refuse optional audience measurement, withdraw consent later, and contact the site to request information about data associated with your messages or to exercise applicable data-protection rights.
