A file or resource is locked by another process at the time of the operation.

Windows cannot reach a UNC path or an expected SMB resource.

The server may be reachable, but the required share or resource name does not exist.

Generic code used when a component does not provide a more precise cause.

The service required for the operation is disabled or cannot be started.

Windows Installer or an installation package failed before completing the deployment.

The supplied username or password was not accepted by the system or remote resource.
