Contextual technician plan
Check if the account works in the browser.
“Test webmail” should produce an observation that clearly confirms or rules out “Token of expired authentication”.
If the observation is normal, lower “Token of expired authentication” in the ranking and continue with the next distinct check.
If the observation is abnormal, keep the evidence and investigate “Token of expired authentication” first. Related action: Re-authentify the account properly.
Check password, MFA and possible locking.
“Check the account status” should produce an observation that clearly confirms or rules out “Changed password”.
If the observation is normal, lower “Changed password” in the ranking and continue with the next distinct check.
If the observation is abnormal, keep the evidence and investigate “Changed password” first. Related action: Delete only the identified obsolete identifiers.
Please read Manager of d information, identification if relevant.
The client should receive a valid address, gateway and DNS from the intended scope/VLAN instead of APIPA or an unexpected network.
If the lease is correct, move to gateway/DNS/service reachability rather than changing DHCP
If the lease is missing or wrong, compare VLAN, relay, scope availability and another client on the same access path.
Create a test profile without deleting the old one.
“Test a new Outlook profile” should produce an observation that clearly confirms or rules out “Obsolete registered Windows identifiers”.
If the observation is normal, lower “Obsolete registered Windows identifiers” in the ranking and continue with the next distinct check.
If the observation is abnormal, keep the evidence and investigate “Obsolete registered Windows identifiers” first.
If multiple users are affected, review the service status.
“Check service incidents” should produce an observation that clearly confirms or rules out “Damaged Outlook Profile”.
If the observation is normal, lower “Damaged Outlook Profile” in the ranking and continue with the next distinct check.
If the observation is abnormal, keep the evidence and investigate “Damaged Outlook Profile” first.
Repeat the same validation test after the correction and confirm the original symptom is gone. Validate stability before closing the incident.
Before changing configuration, record the current value and a way back.
